Dr. Donna has spent more than twenty years helping individuals and organizations develop successful strategies for more fulfilling professional lives — across training, program development, change management, executive development, and human resource management, with deep experience in health care.
Her expertise is helping people identify their vision and build the emotional commitment to reach it. For organizations, she draws on organizational psychology to guide management toward a clear, shared vision that every level of the organization takes ownership of — improving productivity, teamwork, communication, and morale.
She has owned a private counseling and consulting practice for twenty years, served as Director of Talent Management for CHRISTUS St. Vincent Regional Hospital, and taught as adjunct faculty at Boise State University and the College of Southern Idaho, including as Clinical Professor in the Graduate School of Social Work.
Her speaking history spans NASW of Idaho, the Idaho State Police, Women in Business, UT Southwestern, CHRISTUS Health, and Ca' Foscari University in Venice, Italy.
